Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

N8tive Flow LLC, Texas. This policy describes our consumer health data practices and how to exercise health-data rights.

Categories collected and why

N8tive Flow LLC collects health-related information to provide the health, nutrition, fitness, reflection, and personalized planning features you request. Categories include age, height and weight; food and nutrition records and meal photos; physical activity, workouts, training plans, sets, reps, loads, times, distances, effort and completion; gym/equipment preferences and dated classes; Apple Health steps, active/resting energy, exercise minutes, walking/running distance, flights, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, body weight and workout readings; and health information you voluntarily include in conversations, including injuries, conditions, pregnancy or other limitations. We also process mental-wellness reflections and inferred mood, BMI, nutrition targets, activity and sleep-duration scores, trends and plan summaries.

Account identifiers link these records to you. Product activity such as logging a meal or completing a reflection can also reveal health-related activity. These records support requested logs, graphs, targets, routines and AI responses; health-feature usage counts help us understand and improve the service. We do not use consumer health data for advertising, sell it, or collect GPS routes for workout tracking.

Sources

The sources are you, including manual records, images, conversations, and stated gym or equipment details; Apple Health and connected devices that contribute readings to Apple Health, when you permit access; the app's recording of your feature interactions; and calculations or inferences made by AIlign or its AI provider from those inputs.

Categories shared and recipients

Google Firebase processes account-linked health records and uploaded meal photos for database, storage and cloud operations. Anthropic processes health, nutrition, fitness, and reflection content included in AI requests to generate the responses and plans you request. The current HealthKit cloud summary includes steps, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep duration, weight and an activity score; it does not automatically include every raw health reading displayed on your phone. Saved fitness profiles, plans, classes and recent sessions, food records and relevant conversations may also be included.

With your write permission, weight and workout entries can be shared back to Apple Health. Information you put into an event or day block may reach Apple Calendar when you enable the relevant sync. We do not send health content to RevenueCat or Detour for subscriptions or referrals, do not share it with advertisers, and have no affiliates receiving consumer health data. Other disclosures will occur only as permitted or required by applicable law, including legally required disclosures; any business transfer remains subject to applicable health-data restrictions.

Your health-data rights

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access that data, including a list of third parties and affiliates with whom it has been shared or sold and an active contact method for each; withdraw consent to collection or sharing; and request deletion. Email n8tiveflowai@gmail.com with your account identifier and the request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We will handle requests, notify relevant processors or recipients as required, and respond within applicable legal time limits. You may use an authorized representative where applicable law permits.

Apple Health permissions can be revoked in iOS. That stops future access to the denied categories but does not erase previously saved cloud records or provider copies. Contact us for deletion or withdrawal of AI-sharing consent; stop using AI features while the request is pending because there is currently no separate switch excluding health context. Account deletion in Settings removes Firestore account content but separately stored meal photos currently require an email deletion request. Records already written to Apple Health or Calendar may need to be removed there separately.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Health privacy appeal.” We will explain the appeal outcome as required by law. If an appeal is denied, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General or the regulator with authority where you live. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
